ELENA SCARABELLO

FOUNDER & CEO

Born and raised in Venice, Italy, Elena took the decision to move to Amsterdam at only 18 to pursue her dream of being an entrepreneur.

After getting her Bachelor’s Degree on International Business and Management studies in Amsterdam and starting her career as Business Development Manager for a Marketing Agency in London, she decided to start her own company: OUTBX.

She’s passionate about bringing great ideas to life, working alongside unbelievable founders and businesses to build extraordinary brands.

OUTBX is the ultimate sales and marketing consultancy agency: we aim to achieve our client’s individual goals and maximise their ROIs. We care about our client’s success as much as we they do.

FRANCESCA MICHIELON

Born and raised in Venice, Italy, after the first year of Business Administration, Management and Operations in the Venetian University Ca’ Foscari, Francesca moved to Boston, US, to complete her studies in the Boston University. On the side of her studies, she worked part-time as Junior Sales Representative in the American company State Street.

After two years in US, Francesca completed successfully her Bachelor Degree and went back to Venice to work as Sales Executive for the San Marco Group SPA.

She then joined Elena at OUTBX in London and she is using her incredible skills to deliver the best outreach campaigns for OUTBX’s clients.

RUBEN DELGADO

HEAd of marketing

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, Ruben decided to study International Business in the University of Madrid, but during his studies he discovered his hidden talent: graphic design! He pursued his passion of becoming a graphic designer attending several art and design courses on the side of his degree and he got his first job as junior graphic designer in Publiespaña, one of the biggest companies in Madrid.

After Moving to Amsterdam at age 24 he started working as Graphic Design Specialist for Esquared Fitness, a London based fitness startup that had just opened their Amsterdam office.

After two years in Esquared Fitness, he joined Elena in her first company as Senior Graphic Designer and he then joined her on her second company OUTBX as well as Head Of Marketing.

SUKAINA HAMMOUCH

ADS MANAGER

Born and raised in Venice, Italy, Sukaina completed her bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, management and Operation in the Venetian University Ca’ Foscari and moved to Amsterdam right away after successfully applying for a position at Booking.com.

After spending 3 years as Customer Service Representative at Booking.com she felt ready for her next career step and was keen to learn new skills and start working in advertisement.

She taught herself through online classes how to run Ads Campaigns and quickly became an expert in the field. After freelancing for a few months she landed the Ads Manager position at OUTBX and she’s been thriving every campaign ever since.
